Until the age of around 25, I wasn't keen on taking risks, unless they were very, very
"calculated risks" - meaning... litteraly... zero.
I, then realized that taking risks is a fundamental part of growth, and
this is especially true when it comes to speaking in front of an
audience for at least 10 to 15minutes.
Many people fear public speaking because it involves stepping out of their
comfort zone and exposing themselves to judgment or failure.
However, taking the risk to speak up generally leads to powerful and lasting personal satisfaction.
When you take the risk to speak in front of an audience, you challenge yourself to be vulnerable and authentic.
This vulnerability builds connection and trust with your listeners.
It also helps you develop confidence and resilience as you learn to handle nerves and unexpected situations.
Moreover, speaking in public allows you to share ideas, influence others, and
create opportunities that would not arise without taking that risk.
The courage to speak, despite fear, opens doors to growth, and unexpected connections.
