Different coaches have different ways of guiding their clients regardless of their professional backgrounds :
- Innovation / Technology
- Finance, hedge funds, venture capital, crypto-currencies
- Education
- Government departments
- Traditional industries
My own perspective consists mainly in :
- Listening attentively to my client
- Finding my client's blind spots (we all have those)
- Working on that
- Never letting them down
Then everything falls into place.
